I am having red shiny rashes and sometime scally skin at the upper joints of both arms. No itching. This issue persist for some days and again comesand again it goes away within a days. I don't know whether it is a allergy or skin condition. Whether this skin issue have a contradiction with the covid vaccine?? Does the vaccine impact side effects after adminiatering. Please suggest me
