COVID vaccination for cold allergy

I have allergy during winter and dust allergy & doctor advised me not to take any refrigerated food. Doctor tol it's due to deviated septum. I used to take Allegra 3-4 months back. Now I have booked an appointment for vaccination. Recently I was having acidic reflux problem and was taking Montec lc. Can I go ahead with vaccination or should I book later.
