Get an RT-PCR and CRP tests done. It will give us an idea of what could be disturbing your health. Once you have the reports consult a doctor. If you have fever until then take a Dolo 650, for throat you can take Syrup Asthakind DX 5ml thrice a day, if your symptoms seem aggravating don’t wait for the reports and consult a doctor on priority.
