Having cough, lack of taste and loss of smell from last 2-3 days. my parents also having same problem they are 55+. Not able to complete covid test. Can we take Azithromycin 500 twice a day and vitamin c and zinc as well

U should take Azithral 500 once daily for 5 days along with PanD once daily before breakfast Zinc and vitamin c should be taken twice daily for 15 days Regular monitoring of SpO2 must be done Isolate yourself for 17 days
