Spo2 remains 88-92 on 15 lit oxygen ...patient taken Fabiflu already... yesterday 5 th dose of Remdesivir taken...what should do next. Ct scan not done. IL6 >5500.pls. help in this regards. Thanks in advance.

Oxygen requirement is very high, go for NIV and also consult a physician for proper steroid therapy and blood thinners.
