The tempreture is in the range of 96 to 98.5 and o2 level range is 96 to 98. This is the 12th day after the onset of symptoms. Is it possible to have the CT severity as 17 out of 25?

Absolutely possible , You may very well be suffering from severe COVID pneumonia but your vitals , considering your young age are within normal limits ! As you say you are in day 12 you are about to enter the stage of resolution where the pneumonia will heal by fibrosis ! You would need thorough post COVID care which includes chest physiotherapy and incentive spirometry ! Kindly be under the guidance of a specialist physician !

It is hard to say without looking at the ct images. Important thing is to go by symptoms. If o2 levels are above 95 and no temperature that is definitely a good sign
