Sir try working out daily. Mild exercise will also increase your appetite. Even simple walk or yoga might be helpful.

The question, why she is Covid positive is superfluous because anyone can be Covid positive. She should take the treatment you have already started for her and she should continue her treatment for Rheumatoid arthritis.
