If the oxygen level is 89 during COVID is it ok? My cousins is suffering from COVID and his oxygen level is 89. Please suggest

SpO2 level 94% and above is acceptable less that is a signal of risk... 89 is much lower than the acceptable limit.. What is the age of the patient ?
Next Steps
arrange oxygenation at home if possible...get HRCT Chest, D-Dimer test, CRP test done along with blood for cbc and fasting sugar..

if oxygenation cant be arranged at home patient needs to be hospitalized for care under medical supervision..
