I was covid positive in first wave I went for covid test After three days I received a call and said I am covid positive Some people came and took me to hospital I never got covid test report Now I have breathing problem And I want to raise funds in crowdfunding for treatment I already lost lots of money Can someone give any idea How can i get my covid report Any government website
