I cough when I speak . After 2 or 3  the scentences cough starts.occurs only in the evening.Also it is seasonal.Vocal cords seem irritating .cannot continue discussion. If I don't talk it becomes OK after some time But restarts while speaking. What is my problem?

Coughing while speaking, decreased speaking time all seem like a problem with your vocal cords...if there is history of smoking or otherwise too...consider an early video laryngoscopy !!
