Sir my father is 55 year old 1 week ago he have Little cough from 30 or 31 August coughing was there dry cough and from yesterday runny nose is there and little mucus with cough what is it please tell and provide solution

start tab mont bilastine once before breakfast, tab sinarest once at bedtime and syp lupitus 5 ml once a day for 3 days
