Coughing from last one month

Hi doctor, past one month facing coughing issue. It is dry cough. So I took medicines from doctor , but not cure . So could you plese guide which medical report I can do or is there any injection course available to cure cough. Please guide ! Thank you !

Any cough for more than 2 weeks ,You have to take chest xray. Take tab azithral 500mg od for 3days
