Coughing occurs when i wake up in morning and at night when i go to sleep with nose blockage. It is continuing from last 15 days

As per your description you might have nasal allergies with post nasal drip.. hyperacidity should be also ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
