I am having coughing problem from last 4 months also facing difficulty in breathing from last 2 months. All tests recommended by doctors have been done. All reports including chest x ray, IGE, ACE are normal. Only problem is with ESR. my ESR is 40. Please advise what is the main problem i am facing.

Hi. You certainly don't seem to have eosinophilia or allergic cough. If all tests are pointing to normal, you need to rule out acid reflux. If that's normal a chest physician consultation is advisable for probably ct chest.
