Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to mild infection. You can take syp. Ambrolite s twice a day 5ml for a week.

On the basis of your sign and symptom you are suffering from lower respiratory tract infection because you have cough with mucus. You should take any wet cough syrup formula like who have salt of ambroxol hydrochloride and guaifenesin and salbutamol .
