Cough with mucus

Hello I am experiencing cough with mucus for more than 6 days after a recent trip to Himachal. I have seen a physician n was given a course of medicine. I was diagnosed with allergic bronchitis nasal. I was given cepodem 200 , nurocort 8 mg twice n day n sinarest for three days almong with a syrup. Not much difference is observed so doc has continued only nurocort for another three days along with dilo m syrup . Please suggest what to do as this cough irritates me spl when I lie down or speak. Is the course of medicine fine? Or anything else can be done. Regards

May be Allergic aetiology.pl identify the Allergen and avoid them.pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment. You can try inhalers.
