Cough throat pain
Symptoms since last two days.
It started with slight throat pain and mucus buildup in nose with pain above eye and forehead area.
Now I have severe throat pain and greenish yellowish phlegm while coughing. Mucus discharge is still there from nose.
I have been taking paracetamol before sleep.
Pls suggest some medication.

Since it is from two days you can start antibiotic and analgesic
Take tablet Agumentin 625 mg twice a day
And tablet sinarest one tablet three times a day
Take plenty of hot fluids orally like hot ginger teas soups Oattaje warm saline gargle at least three time a day
