First upper respiratory infection, now subsided but cough and hoarseness in voice since seven days . Took antiallergic and now completed course of tab azithromycin but no relief

You have developed sinusitis with the post nasal discharge coming into your throat and causing irritative cough.. Mild phlegm more in the morning.. Take nasal drops and steam inhalation twice a day for a week. Antihistamines wilalso be needed.. Consult online for further evaluation and treatment
