My Baby's Cough & Running Nose not stopped. I am giving her BRO -ZEDEX & SOLVIN COLD for last 5 days 3 times a day as advised

Start nasivion ped drops one drop each nostril twice a day for 3 days. Syp xyzal m 2.5ml twice a day
