Hello, I think  that you are having oesinophilia. You need  medication  for 3 weeks.

Eosinophilia it is. Consult . Tab hetrazan 100mg twice a day to be started.

In short i ll say this requires further evaluation with at least basic Chest x ray and other blood tests and to rule out Covid too
