Hello Doctors, My 2.5 years old daughter is coughing and sneezing  since yesterday due to lockdown I cannot take her to doctor I do have few cough syrups available maxtra ,coscopin,xyzal,tixylix,xpect-LS,mucaryl-LS,Ascoril LS. Please suggest.

Try Maxtra for cough and cold. If rattling sound from chest present try Xpect LS ( wet cough)

If Respiratory Distress present , visit emergency department nearby

The symptoms likely are of flu. Nothing to worry about. Syp Coscopin Paed 2.5ml thrice a day for 3days. ORS to keep her hydrated.
