Cough medicine for covid pregnant patien

Hello, which medicines can I take for cough due to mild covid infection if I am 1 month pregnant. My fever and fatigue have not come back since 2 days and oxygen has been normal since beginning already. I don't want strong medicine but want to get rid of the cough too quickly.

If you are one month pregnant then you should not take any medicine for cough due to mild Covid infection. We should not take medicine for each and every symptom.
