Kindly give detailed history . What is the disease ? Is it bronchial asthma ? For asthma i ll suggest the use of Inhaler for daily use. Nebulisers are only recommended in exacerbation emergency situations. Dose in emergency should be “Foracort respule for nebuliser 0.5mg “ .
