My 2 year old daughter has cough in the night alone. Doctor prescribed levolin syrup 5 ml 3 times a day and xyzal 5 ml once before bed for 5 days. Can I proceed with the medicines and dosages?

Seems like your daughter must be having cold as well and thats why she is having cough while she is sleeping. It is called as Post Nasal Drip. The nasal secretion irritates throats whenevr baby sleeps causing irritation of mucosa leading to cough. Kindly continue medication given by him. Also give 5 ml of Honey thrice a day. She will improve. I hope theres no history of Allergy/Asthama in family
