My daughter having sudden cough starting from morning 14 march and still persist. She also have cold. Already given 5 days course of augmentin, lecope and noblok AF as recommended by doctor. Now need to give only syrup Asthalin 5 ml 3 times for 3 days and continue noblok AF for 3 days. She is not having any fever from 14 march. Is medication of syrup asthalin is good to go? Is this normal to have cough for 2 weeks or what would be possible cause? Refer prescription given till now.

Your child must be allergic to cold and sour products and change in climate. Any family history of allergy or asthma? You can cont with Asthalin syp for few more days But not getting relief , may require short course of steroid for 3 days but for that you have to consult Pediatrician for checking the chest for wheeze or spasm
Next Steps
Chest XRay if required
Health Tips
Avoid cold products ,banana , guava, sauce , ketchup
