May be milk was overflowing , as you told baby wt is good switch to more reclined position

Please don’t worry. Mild coughing during breastfeeding in a 28-day-old baby is quite common. This usually happens due to a small nose, mild nasal blockage, or fast milk flow during feeding. Since your baby’s weight gain is normal and he settles after feeds, this does not suggest any serious problem. Saline nose drops are safe and can be used 2–3 drops in each nostril, 2–3 times a day, especially before feeds. You may continue using them as long as nasal congestion is present. Feeding the baby in a slightly upright position and ensuring proper burping after feeds will help. Most babies outgrow this issue by 2–3 months of age as their airways mature. Please consult again if cough becomes frequent, feeding reduces, breathing becomes fast or difficult, or weight gain slows.
