Cough, Cold for my 6 Months Old

I've not yet started solids and I'm planning to do it from this week. I'm exclusively breastfeeding my baby and I've not yet given water / gripe water / cow's milk / honey. And I used to give her a bath everyday. Plus, atleast 2 warm water wash for whole body, everytime I change the diaper. Should I change anything in my routine!?
