Hi My 3 yr old is having cough and runny nose. Its a thick mucous coming out of nose. And he has cough sever in the sleep. Tried with maxtra mucolite and relent Plz help me

Give Syp.Sinarest 5ml twice daily for 3 days and Syp.Ascoril-LS 4ml twice daily for 3 days
