My son having cough from.yeaterday evening.. coughing for every 1 minute..no running nose ...and the inner tounge is little bit large suggest me.

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. For enlarged tongue,get him examined by your paediatrician.
