My baby has caught severe cough and cold . Has given antibiotic but there is not any relief what can be done to treat it.

Steam inhalation with cap.karbol plus 2to 3 times per day Tab.montair lc 1 tab oral od Syp.alex 8 ml oral bd Wait for antibiotics and consult physically in opd for further treatment

Syrup for dry cough can be given every 4-6 hourly, if no relief nebulization with budesonide can also be tried. If there's a breathing difficulty consult a Paediatrician for physical examination.
