Last week i had a fever for 3 days. Now im having cough and cold. Coughing is too bad. Need a advise. Which doctor i should consult this

HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD. TILL THAN, TAB FLEXON EIGHT HOURLY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. TAB SYNAREST TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE DAYS. TAB MONTUK 10 ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE DAYS. TAB ZIFI 200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. SYR AMBRODIL PLUS 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. MOSAMBI JUICE DAILY., LIGHT SEMILIQUID DIET LIKE PORRIDGE KHICHARY FRESH MADE TILL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR. OK.
