Baby is not coughing continuously but have slight deposition in throat which is like cough accumulation, giving ginger n honey twice a day, and sips of warm water , is it ok, pls suggest few other home remedies.

Steam inhalation and saline nasal drops can be given. if cold and cough symptoms aggravate, over the counter anti cold drops can be given. To reduce such episodes, consult your pediatrician about flu vaccine, which is given in the first six years of life.

If there is no continuous cough, no need to worry. You can give Honey will soothe their throat.
