I am suffering from cough after 21 days c section delivery.Is this cause any harm to the Stitch?? Please advise.

Cough has to be treated earliest. It will increase pressure at the stitch line. It will increase the risk of hernia. Use abdominal belt or binder. Connect please for treatment which is safe for breastfeeding also.
