Palatal gingiva extremely swollen to the extent lower incisal edges are rubbing against the swollen tissue. Heavy tartar and plaque deposits. Check up xrays taken with double lead protection. Advice full mouth Non Surgical Laser assisted Periodontal treatment with regular follow ups+ Oral hygiene sessions. #14, #15- decayed- advice restorations once gums settle down.
