I am experiencing itchiness in the area around my vagina. My gynecologist has prescribed me COSFEN (600) tablets, which contain fenticonazole. However, I do not like to insert  capsule into my vagina. I feel uncomfortable with this. Is there an alternative way to use this medicine? I have seen that there is a cream form of COSFEN, which has 2% fenticonazole. Can I apply this cream instead of taking the capsule? Will the cream be effective as capsule push ? I am attaching a photo of the cream

In case of Cosfen we prescribe to use cream and vaginal pessary together because that is more effective. Cosfen you just have to use 2 pessary kit - by inserting one tablet alternate day for 2 days.
