Age: 55 Female Diabetic patient Sugar level: March- 92 before & 120 after breakfast April- 135 before & 176 after breakfast Took 1st dose of covid vaccination in March, now is it recommendable to take the 2nd dose when the sugar level has increased?

Yes covid vaccine second dose can be taken . However the sugars need to be controlled better, please consult online to discuss medication changes and dietary changes
