Corneal opacity means loss of normal transparency of cornea which is caused by scarring. Treatment depends on the conditions leading to this opacity n the grade of opacity.

Corneal opacity and scar are both the same thing. Based on the location of the opacity, the size and the amount of opacification , it's treatment will differ.
