Your symptoms suggest a combination of asthma or COPD with allergic tendencies and acid reflux, which often worsen each other. It's important to maintain regular breathing exercises, avoid triggers like dust, smoke, cold air, and spicy or oily food, and keep your head elevated while sleeping to help with acidity. Staying consistent with your inhalers, controlling allergies, and managing acid reflux with proper lifestyle habits will reduce cough, wheezing, and congestion. If symptoms increase, further evaluation like chest X-ray or lung function tests may be needed."

only if it was that simple..treatments are decided depending on your current symptoms after taking into the account of your clinical history and all radiological and blood findings. so many times you'll feel that same meds are getting repeated or being given alternatively.
