Controlling diabetics

Current random diabetics level are ranging from 160 to 300+ on different days. Please suggest medicine and other methods to control sugar level at age of 72 and my height is 5 ft 4 inches.

For proper management of diabetes u need to consult Endocrinologist as starting medicine needs to be individualised according to every patient characteristics... Meanwhile u start Diabetic diet and exercise if not doing... Get FBS, PLBS and Hb1Ac and consult Endocrinologist

For any sugars to control first thing is to control lifestyle. That includes diet, exercise and active stress management. Which out-controlling these controlling sugars will b difficult. Coming to management need proper blood test such as FBS PPBS and HBA1c which will give detail idea about sugar level. As well need information about duration of diabetes and other comorbidities. Like heart disease or kidney issues.
