Delayed periods, upt strong positive, do not want third conception, 20/4/18 last date, now 45 days...what are the options available now?? If tablets are enough what should i take and follow up furthur???

Kindly connect with a gynaecologist near you. An ultrasound will be done and few blood tests after which medications can be given for medical termination of pregnancy. Dont delay otherwise it ll become problem for taking pills.
