I am getting more than 100 fever even after recovering from covid from past 2 weeks. Have tightness in calf and no other symptoms.

Take rest, Dolo650 thrice daily, plenty of fluids orally. Electral with water. Consult a physician.

You should go for Covid inflammatory markers and repeat testing for Covid but before that I should suggest you kindly take proper Consultation with detailed history since the history provided by you does not tell about when will you infected last time which medicines You took What does you experiencing any other symptoms
