Take rest, apply ice over d affected area, take muscle relaxant as your clinician prescribed. If still it didn't get better in 2-3 days and visit to your near by physio for a close examination nd treatment

I can understand your concern.. but it's common to get pain if your playing after long time as your muscles will be stretched suddenly and they wouldn't be used to activity due to your sedentary lifestyle.. not to worry..next before playing little warm up will prevent such pains.. for now take tablet diclofenac50mg once.. if pain persists can take one again.. don't take more.. hope it helped you..
