Continuously cold and running nose in early morning and afternoon ok specially whenever temperature difference, sometimes no relief in afternoon also and it continue for a month. feeling pain on the nose in between of eyes and sometimes headache also

As per your description you are suffering from allergic rhinitis.. need to be ruled out rhinosinusitis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
