I accidentally wore my contacts in for a week, although I thought that I had taken them out one day. I took them out no problem, but they are slightly veiny/irritated. What should I do?

please  be careful for future. at present  discontinue the lens till you are alright. put some lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. also do hot foamentation.

Just stop using the lenses for a couple of days.. U can continue after that. But if u are having any persistent irritation or redness in your eyes, pls consult an ophthalmologist.
