I usually feel dull and on low energy. But when I take one Anacin tablet before going to sleep, Next day i feel relieved and energetic. Are there any harmful effects of taking one tablet every night?

Thanks for your query. The thing which i want to know is since when you are facing this difficulty. Anacin contains Aspirin and Caffeine . Aspirin can cause gastritis and bleeding tendency in few if taken for a long period. Caffeine is a stimulant which has abuse potential and can cause sleep disturbance. You need detailed evaluation with a Psychiatrist.
