Consultation regarding nose piercing

I had my nose pierced 2 times but it did not went good. There occurred a small bulg type in the inside part of the piercing area. I used antiseptic ointment but it did not healed up completely. I am thinking about getting my nose pierced again but am afraid of this problem. Need your suggestions. Thank you.

Do piercing by  the gold..it's less reactive... better to be done by an ENT specialist...
