I Got a Cut From a Scissor That Was Used By Someone Else.
The Scissor Was Used By The Other Person 40-45 Minutes Before My Use.
The Scissor Was Untouched For 40-45 minutes, and then I Had Used It.
The injury had bleeded, 2-3 drops of blood came out.
Can This Incident Transmit Hiv, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Hsv?
Should I Start PEP For HIV?

Yes, you are right. A contaminated scissors with bleeding wounds can result in HBV and HIV infection.
For HIV: Treatment with PEP must begin as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours, and is generally ineffective if started after 72 hours.
For HBV: Treatment with HBIG must begin, if you have not been vaccinated with Hep B vaccination.

This is an extremely low-risk situation and PEP is not needed. HIV cannot survive on a dry surface like scissors for more than a few minutes â after 40-45 minutes, any HIV on the scissor would be completely non-infectious. Syphilis and HSV also cannot survive outside the body on dry surfaces. Hepatitis B is more durable but transmission through this type of incidental contact after 40+ minutes on a dry scissor is considered negligible risk. Clean the cut, apply antiseptic, and you do not need PEP or any post-exposure prophylaxis.

Wash the wounded area for 10 minutes with antibacterial soap... viruses do not survive outside the body for so long so the chances and risks are very low...but there is risk of bacterial infection.. so regulate properly for any kind of redness and swelling... or you can book consultation for further management
