Hi. Gas , Acidity, Constipation are symptoms of indigestion. It depends on what U eat n how is ur daily Schedule, I mean are u living Sedentary life or are active.
My advice to u is ......make a Note of whatever u eat n how do u feel at the end of the day. Write it down literally everyday and after 1 month or so u will come to know the trigger food Stuffs that causes u indigestion n constipation. Then Avoid those food stuffs to remain fit n fine.
U can take Isapgol in the morning to relieve constipation. But dont make it a habit.
Olive oil is very good for heart n whole body itself. Its a rich source of phytochemicals which helps in defence mechanism of the body. Omega 3 fatty acids present in it have a good effect on human body. So u can take it but in moderate amount.......2 tablespoon per day.
As u r Diabetic u need to take Strict Diabetic Diet. Exercise regularly because theres no alternative to exercise. Exercise not only helps in maintaining Normal
Sugar levels but also
