I can understand your concern.
Here are a few things you can do to tackle constipation completely.
1. Have meals in smaller portions. Like instead of 3 full meals, have 5-7 smaller meals. Let two of those meals be of vegetables and fruits.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Eat high fiber foods. Cabbage, Almonds, vegetables etc. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
4. Syrup. Duphalac 15ml before bed for 5 days.
If it still persists consult a general physician in person for further management.
