Hello for yr problem, 1st avoid all kinds of junk food like pizza,burger, vadapav, n all deep fried items. eat more of greens, fresh fruits not juice,drink 8-12 glasses of water, depending on yr type of work.I will suggest Isab gul powder 2 measures in warm milk at night. n do some physical exercises.
